If you are a hardcore Prince fan you are probably thinking "I don't think I've seen that one before!" You can look online, on Discogs or on the Prince sleeve website Sleevographia. I tried researching it and have not yet seen another one like it anywhere. The more common sleeve for this release has different colors, and different catalog numbers. (It is more common but it is very rare. But this version appears to be even rarer!) This has been in my collection since 1998 when I purchased it (sight unseen) as part of a much lager collection of Prince "import" records (and other Prince stuff, like posters, button, cds and displays). And, unlike most picture sleeves I have, this one is on a hard thin cardboard, which has kept it in PERFECT condition , with no wrinkles or folds. The sleeve looks great and the record and sleeve are both in very very good condition. I included lots of pictures, but ask me anything. The Prince sleeve is inside a clear plastic sleeve and the record inside is also in an inner protective sleeve. (I always go overboard keeping my records in as good a condition as possible) BEFORE YOU BID please understand that you are bidding on exactly what you see. I cannot authenticate that Warner Brothers issued this; I do not know it's origin. It is likely to be a pirated sleeve, as I am told some countries create their own sleeves for American releases. Personally, I love the songs I Wanna Be Your Lover and My Love Is Forever and the cover is very cool too--so this, to me, is a great addition to any Prince vinyl collection.
