This is a very rare UK only 12" promo of the Prince track 'If I luv u 2 nite' - catalogue number 12BRWDJ 207

Mica Paris covered the song and it was released on the 4th & Broadway label as a 12" promo, prior to its proper release, and it was noticed that on the B side it featured Prince's teaching Mica Paris the song instead of the intended track.  All copies were immediately withdrawn, and (apparently) on the instructions of Prince himself, a letter was sent out requesting the return of all records. This didn't happen with all of them, and some copies remained in circulation. This version has never since been released officially.

The 12" comes in a thick paper sleeve with writing on, describing the track and its production.

I have scoured the internet for other versions and can only find one other for sale for €350 - as this is such a rare record I will only send it registered post.

I have never played the record - it is like new and from a smoke free home.
