Beautiful Near Mint + condition, never had a disc inserted.
NOTE: THIS IS PICTURE SLEEVE ONLY, NO RECORD
This US version of the picture sleeve was never released or sold to the public. The printing production of this sleeve was deemed "unacceptable" by Prince, and the record company ordered the sleeves to be destroyed. A family member who worked for the printing company, located in Terre Haute, Indiana, secretly saved a couple dozen before they were destroyed as ordered.
