Prince & Revolution Purple Rain God UK 45RPM 12” Single + Undisplayed Poster
Original and scarce 1984 UK 45rpm 12” on Warner Brothers (W9174T) with bonus 20”x30” full color poster and a custom sticker on the front sleeve telling you as much. Sleeve displays faint outline of record, a very light bottom left corner crease and a small patch of discoloration just to the below right of the sticker (and likely due to a since removed price sticker).
Vinyl is visually EX, though plays VG+. “Purple Rain” starts with a little crackle and then plays pretty strongly until a series of pops occur during the last 30 seconds of the track (of course!), while the flip has some decent crackle through about the first minute of the first track and occasional touches of light surface noise here and there throughout.
Big selling point here is the poster, which replicates the album art. The folded poster has never been displayed and remains in beautful condition. Scans are of actual item for sale.
Media Mail postage in the states is $4.00. Priority service is available; just ask for a quote. If going to Canada, First Class International Package Service is $17.00 and includes delivery confirmation.
