Description
I have not played this ever.
The picture sleeve is just plain beautiful. It is def near mint. Nice gloss, no wrinkles, sharp corners, no ring wear, no split seams. Considering it's age, this looks amazing.
Record is glossy and label is clean. It is in an inner dust jacket inside the sleeve. Overall a beautiful copy.
This is not a reissue, it is the original pressing from 1980! As far as I can tell, the picture sleeve is not circulating at all. It is possibly a bootleg--there is no record of it existing. I bought it in 1997 with a lot of other Prince promo stuff. Whether it is official or unofficial, it certainly is rare. I am pretty sure this was specifically used for instore display/promotion. (It is not listed on Sleevographia or Discogs either. Until there is some sort of official Warner Bros illustrated Prince discography, those are the best resources I know of. So be aware before you bid).
