Record looks and sounds excellent, not far from near mint. A few minor surface marks visible under bright light. Very light surface noise heard between tracks and in quiet areas.
Sleeve looks excellent. Light edge wear in a couple of places. 

Inner in great shape but has repaired seam splits (VG)
