Item condition and grading : in 5 grades (mint , near mint , excellent , very good , good)  We seldom use "mint" to used one.
Obi : excellent++ Sleeve : near mint+ Disc     : near mint+ Inner sheet : excellent++ Poster : none 

Note : very recommendable condition !!
