The Lowdown:  Private album commissioned to promote a cause to save the American wilderness. Various artists, but this is no compilation. All tracks were specifically written & recorded soley for this album. The track "Metropolis"(audio clip included) is just about the nicest modern soul song that I've heard in quite some time. 
Condition:  Vinyl - Near Mint. Cover - Near Mint. in shrink. custom inner sleeve (see third picture)
