Another great direct disc album. It is titled "Jun Fukamachi At Steinway" (Toshiba Records ELF-95001). ------- This direct disc recording from 1976 is part of the Toshiba Pro Use series that they later used to produce the famous half speed mastered versions of The Beatles Abbey Road, and Pink Floyd's Dark Side Of The Moon. This particular album was the very first Direct Disc album that Toshiba did. ------ It is extremely dynamic with great sound, and really fun music. The first side has Chopin's "Nocturne In E Flat Major", and the second side has 3 contemorary tunes - "Just Driving You Crazy", "Ran Man", and "Don't Shoot Me, I'm Only The Piano Player". ***** The record has a nice bright, shiney lustre and no marks or scratches. The jacket in very nice condition with some ring wear at the bottom. There are no splits. A gold sticker on the back cover states that it was imported by Audio Technica.
