Description
Procol Harum "Shine On Brightly"
This is an original UK vinyl pressing on Regal Zonophone SLRZ 1004 from 1968. This is the stereo pressing of their second album. The UK cover is very different from the US cover. I features completely different front cover artwork by George Underwood. The back cover and label show the titles for the 5 sections of the song "In Held Twas In I'. And it's no a gatefold like the US edition. The music and the order of songs are the same as the US edition. It amazing music and it almost a concept album. It has their minor hit : 'Shine On Brightly'.
Overall Condition is : Cover is VG+ / Record is M-
The glossy cover is VG+ with no writing and no seam splits. There is light overall cover wear that is only noticeable when you look at an angle. The back cover has the folded over edges and was 'printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd'. The top right corner is worn and there is a tiny cut there. The vinyl looks near mint and it plays near mint, with slight static between the songs. The labels are clean with light spindle marks. The record comes in a plain white UK inner sleeve.
The songs are : Quite Rightly So, Shine On Brightly, Skip Softly, Wish Me Well, Rambling On, Magadelene, In Held Twas In I ( Glimpses Of Nirvana, Twas Tea Time At The Circus, In The Autumn Of My Madness, Look At Your Soul, and Grand Finale).

I started collecting records in 1966. I started selling in Goldmine in 1985. I now sell records at all Northwest record conventions : Portland, Seattle, Tacoma, Eugene, Grants Pass, and Canby. And at Crossroads Music in Portland, Oregon. My records are from a no smoking and no pets home.
Packaging :
I take great care on every package and I do each one personally. I will package this record between two pieces of hand cut cardboard. One sheet is 5/8 inch thick triple strength industrial cardboard. The other sheet is 1/4 inch double strength cardboard. Together they are very strong and unbendable. ( Even the postmen comment on how strong this cardboard is ! ) I always remove the record from the cover and seal them in a clear plastic album sleeve. The package will be marked in red : "Fragile Record" on both sides.
Postage : Weight : 1 pound 6 ounces
You have to pay for the postage. I pre-weigh every record, so that you pay the exact amount the post office changes. There are no handling charges. This record will weigh 22 ounces ( 1 pound, 6 ounces ) when ready to ship. US bidders can figure out your own postage costs for US Priority or Media Mail. All US winners will get shipping through Paypal and a email with the tracking number. Overseas bidders must use First Class Mail International. I will let you know the date I mailed your record and the US customs number. ( Buyers from Italy must assume all risks for shipping to their country. ) I will send your record as soon as you pay ( same day if before 2 PM and next day if after 2 PM : Monday thru Saturday) I will combine shipping if you win more than one record. Please wait for me to send you an invoice for all of your records in one package.
