P&P:
The postage I have listed is estimated using the Royal Mail calculator.
I will endeavour to obtain the best P&P price without affecting the integrity of the item during despatch. For valuable items the buyer should consider paying for recorded delivery and that will affect the postage price.
At the conclusion of the auction I will pack the item and then have it weighed and the postage confirmed. I will then send an invoice. Posting will take place within 2 business days of payment clearance.
If bidding on other items, please let me know and I will wait to give the opportunity of combining P&P.
Where multiple items are purchased I will combine P&P to achieve the best price. Please note that for International posting this often does not result in a significant discount.
International posting in excess of 2kg can become disproportinately expensive and therefore combined items will be parcelled below the 2kg weight unless otherwise instructed.
I pack the albums in cardboard to protect them in tranist. This sometimes affects the normal postage price i.e if sent in an album mailer.
The item will be sent 1st Class in the UK (with appropriate Insurance if required) and International Royal Mail small packets.
As for all the albums I am selling, they were owned by my Father-in-Law who I would describe as an Audiophile. The albums were always very well looked after and only ever played on high quality audio equipment.
I am not a collector or dealer and the gradings I use are based on the commonly used system and an element of common sense and honesty.
Please feel free to ask any questions.
