Description

Crawfish Fiesta, A Must Have for Serious Professor Longhair Collectors.This a mint rare album by Professor Longhair, the legendary piano man who is credited for inventing New Orleans rock and roll. Alligator Records released Professor Longhair's last album Crawfish Fiesta recorded November, 1979. The Album was released the day after he passed away January 10, 1980. The vinyl label on both sides is hand written AL-4718 Test and dated 1/9/80 (see attached). The attached paper work includes "for immediate release" info and cover letter from Bruce Iglauer, Alligator Records president.
