Shipping Terms:

Shipping is based on the lower 48 States. Hawaii and Alaska will incur extra shipping charges. Shipping is quoted priority on all items. If you would like to use an alternative shipping method, PLEASE email us before you bid on the item.  Negotiations on shipping will not be allowed after the sale! The shipping department will not allow this.   We are happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases. Please do not pay the invoice if you want combined shipping. We usually ship within 24 hours of receiving payment except on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. Our business hours are 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST. We'll only ship to the address listed with PayPal.  If there is a shipping discrepancy, please save USPS Receipts for seller’s review.

Payment Terms

Payment is due within 3 days (72 Hours) of the auction close unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon. If item is not paid for in this time frame, unpaid item actions will be initialized against your eBay account. We do this to recoup fees automatically deducted from our account the moment you make your purchase. If item is not paid for in this time frame, we reserve the right to cancel the bid, re-list the item or make the offer to the next highest bidder.

Returns/Refunds

We do accept returns. We have a strict 14 day return policy. You must return the same exact item, in the same exact condition, and notify us by email that you intend to return an item. Buyer must contact seller within 48 hours of items arrival to discuss any concerns regarding returns. If buyer does not contact the seller within 48 hours of items arrival, no refund will be issued. No partial refunds. Return shipping will be at buyer’s expense.  All postage, both to and from are to be paid by YOU the buyer. Although breakage during transit doesn't happen often, in the case where an item is damaged during transit, and did not include insurance, we are not responsible for the damage.  It's best to ask for insurance on all breakable items. We can provide the cost during the checkout process.  ?Please note, if your package shipped via priority, USPS covers the cost of the item only up to $50 free. ?Only Priority Mail!! If your package shipped via USPS Priority, the insurance (up to $50) was chosen for you.
