Burt Bacharach's original concept of the music for Columbia Pictures musical production Lost Horizon is demonstrated on this lp. Condition is very good to excellent!! This is an acetate mono 33 1/3 record lp album with all the songs from the movie SUNG BY BURT BACHARACH! At some point on the record he is accompanied (in the duet tunes) by another male singer? could be Hal David. This is as rare as hens teeth! You can hear how originally there was some different phrasing or notes to some of the songs. Bacharach plays the piano and sings: Lost Horizon, Share the Joy, The World is a Circle, Living Together, I Might Frighten Her Away, If I Could Go Back, Where Knowledge Ends, Question Me an Answer, I come to You, Share the Joy (REP) If I Could Go Back (REP) THESE ARE NOT THE RECORDED SONGS FROM THE SOUNDTRACK ALBUM. THEY ARE BURT BACHARACH AND A PIANO! VERY RARE. 2 Sided album. The last 2 songs are different versions of the ones they repeat: Share the Joy and If I Could Go Back.
