Description
Vintage garage psych record: VELVET UNDERGROUND – Andy Warhol/Peel Slowly and See/banana cover - Verve V6/5008, west coast pressing, blue labels, stereo, gatefold jacket, Verve inner sleeve, no torso image to back cover, released in 1968. Runout: A-side is “V6 5008 SiDE-1 MGS-558-REV", B-side is “V6-5008 SiDE-2 MGS-559".
Condition is G+/VG+: vinyl has moderate to heavy scuffing, some marks that I can barely feel; plays VG or better, has background and some ticks and pops but plays through with no skips; still a good listen just with some personality; jacket has a little residue of the banana, some ringwear, several stress-wrinkles along spine, several small corner creases, minor rubbing to seams and corners, spine has a touch of rubbing, 5” split to top seam, ink name to back cover, clean gatefold.
