Description
For sale is this copy of Public Image Limited's "Metal Box" set of three 12" singles, issued in 1979. This is the original issue with the Metal 1 sticker on the back of the case.
Condition:
The case: Is generally very good. There are no dents or knocks. The main fault is some staining (corrosive?) which can be seen as dark patches in the picture, although this looks kind of natural in reality, and there is some natural oxidisation markings.
The vinyl: Is in excellent condition. Very shiny with no significant markings. All four circular paper "separators" are present and in excellent condition.
The labels: All the labels have some damage. I have pictured the worst example. In the best cases this damage is minimal.
Please note:The accompanying track-listing sheet is missing unfortunately.
Generally though not a bad example at all, particularly with regard to the condition of the vinyl and the box. Again, the main fault is the damage to the labels.
