Description
Listed here is an original vinyl pressing of PIL's 1979 record, Metal Box.
Included are the three 45rpm, 12" records, all paper inserts, and the track listing. Also note the "METAL 1" sticker on the back of the cover.
The paper inserts and track listing show some signs of use, but are in very good condition with no tears in the paper, nor any major wear or yellowing. The metal cover has the normal oxidation from over the years, and I should mention a small dent in the rim (see third picture).
This record was bought brand new in the early 1980s, and I have been the sole owner. It was played very infrequently back then, and has seen no use for many years, until the records were tested on a quality record player prior to the listing. Because of this light use, the records are in excellent condition, and play back flawlessly.
