Original 45 issued in Japan in 1979 by Columbia Records (YK 114 AX).

Promo Copy with Red Columbia Records "Sample" Inner Sleeve !!

Sleeve/Insert is in VG++ Condition (has the release date written on the front, see pics).

Vinyl is in VG+ Condition (has signs of light bag rash on both sides, caused by prolonged storage in a PVC sleeve, which doesn't sound or affect play).
