Description
This is a first pressing of Pulps - Different Class from 1995. Includes all of the original inserts and the pink fan club postcard.
The aperture sleeve is in great shape, still nice and glossy with minor handling marks and a small crease to the bottom right corner of the aperture opening. Spine is intact and fully legible. Inner sleeve is near mint as are all 6 photo inserts.
The record is flat and centered with silent run ins between tracks and no clicks or pops. Recently play tested on a Linn LP12/ Ekos / Nagaoka MP500.
PLEASE NOTE - The vinyl has some marbling engrained in the pressing on both sides that looks a bit unsightly but does not affect play in the slightest. This was a common issue with the original first UK pressing of this LP due to the use of recycled vinyl. I've tried to show this marbling effect in the last 2 photos so please make sure you are happy to accept this if you decide to purchase.
Apart from that I doubt you’ll find a nicer sounding copy with better condition artwork. It has only ever been played a few times on a well set up audiophile quality deck.
All records for sale are from my own personal collection purchased over the last 45 years. They have been kept in a dedicated storage unit in a non smoking room.
