The Punk And Disorderly series of compilations, originally released in England as three separate albums, furthered the cause of the burgeoning punk scene, bringing the latest acts to the attention of a wider audience. The first collection, Punk And Disorderly, was released in 1981 and boasted the likes of The Adicts, Peter And The Test Tube Babies, GBH, Chaos UK, The Partisans, Dead Kennedys, Vice Squad and Outcasts, all of whom had shifted considerable numbers of records in their own right. Melody Maker magazine called it an excellent introduction to many of the bands alive and gigging at the moment. This is punk in all of its many moods. Posh Boy is a record label started in 1978 by Robbie Fields, based in Hollywood California.
