This PUSHEAD fan club only art book was sent out to members around X-mas 1992.  Contains  prints of his METALLICA originals: record covers, t-shirt designs, etc..  Limited to only 300 copies, this is number 69.   Hand signed and numbered by PUSHEAD on the final page.  this book is in excellent conitioin.
