Description
This is a Very Rare Record! It was commissioned by Qantas Airlines to promote it's new groundbreaking luxury 747B Aircraft.The Music in this Album is that of the In-Flight Library available to passengers(for the 1st time on flights) in 1976.The 747B was a stunning new luxury design by Qantas that revolutionised Air Travel.(see full details on rear of album photo)
There were 2 pressings of There's Music in the Air,Vol 1 & Vol 2.Both pressings were produced in small quantities & both are now very rare in playable condition.Vol.2 was produced in much smaller numbers than the 1st & is much rarer.In addition it was recorded on the even rarer EMI New Zealand Pressing!
The full length photo of the 747B inside the Gatefold is a cracker! . The record & cover are in a stunning near new condition! Record shiny as new with no scratches on any of the playing surface.Cover also in near new condition.(see full details above)
