Description
This is a fine U.S. white label promo pressing copy of the sole LP by Quatrain, released in 1969. From California, the group played complex, guitar driven rock that straddled the line between psych and early progressive rock. Three band members were previously in a group called the Human Jungle, which released a couple of obscure singles in 1967-68. The gatefold jacket is close to M- with light ring, corner, and seam wear (EX+). There is a “Promotional Copy/Not for Sale” sticker on the front cover. The disc is clean, and plays with a little light surface noise (M-).
I’m in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their jackets. The jackets have been stored in plastic sleeves. I have play graded (spot checked) discs except where otherwise noted.
