Box Condition:  EX-
There are just a couple of scrape marks along the top edge of the box (see photo), caused in storage, and a couple of creases to the front in the lower left and right hand corners. But all of the corners are completely intact, and the rest of the box is in fantastic condition! In accordance and in agreement with the "Record Collector Rare Record Price Guide" grading system.

Cover Condition:  MINT
Never played, and looks like never taken out of the box! In accordance and in agreement with the "Record Collector Rare Record Price Guide" grading system.

Map Condition:  MINT
Never hung, and in perfect condition. In accordance and in agreement with the "Record Collector Rare Record Price Guide" grading system.

Booklets Conditions:  MINT
