Description
Original vinyl 1st UK pressing of the classic Queen LP “A Night At The Opera”.
Fourth studio album by Queen featuring the classic hit “Bohemian Rhapsody” released 21/11/1975.
Embossed sleeve, Die cut original inner and very early -2/-3 matrix endings.
Matrix numbers:
Side 1: YAX 5063-2 Blair’s 1 ROG
Side 2: YAX 5064-3 Blair’s 5 RRT
The vinyl is EX overall. Visually it grades EX- as it has a quite few very light non feelable hairline marks from sleeve removal when viewed under strong light only. This no impact on the sound which is mostly beautifully loud and clear throughout. A little light crackle on the run ins and first 5 seconds of each side, after that it plays without any crackle or background noise at all. No pops, clicks, sticks or jumps. Play grade is EX
Embossed Gatefold cover. The sleeve is VG+ to EX- with a little handling/storage wear only. Certainly nothing major.
The original die cut corner inner sleeve is VG as is split on one side. I will include a brand new poly lined inner.
