This is the ULTRA RARE QUEEN EMI CONFERENCE ONLY ISSUE LP this is one of the HOLY GRAIL items from the greatest band ever QUEEN. Because so few were produced (about 20 at most) These come up hardly ever
Before Queen released anything EMI held a conference to parade new bands and produced this QUEEN I LP to give out to executives of EMI as a very unique promo.It has white labels with PROMOTIONAL SAMPLE FROM THE UK POP GROUP CONVENTION '73. It has matrix numbers YAX 4623-3U and YAX 4624-2U and has (by freddie mercury's request) the phrases 'OFF WITH HIS HEAD' on side 2 and 'KIP-HUGGYPOO KISSY' on side 1 etched in to the run off strips.It truely is the most amazing of Queen records and no collection will ever be complete without it.
The vinyl is MINT may even be unplayed, TRUELY AMAZING
It is housed in a promo open out QUEEN I sleeve (see photo) which is EX and when I bought it from my friend who worked at EMI they said that this was the very sleeve it was given out in whatever any magazine may say!!!

On 27-May-06 at 00:06:55 BST, seller added the following information: Hi, I would just like to add, many beleive this item only came in a die cut custom sleeve, which most of them did, but EMI also gave out a few in the unfinished sleeve which is just like foldover artwork. both are genuine and both are ULTRA rare. The chance of getting either is minute, this is a great example and I am happy to answer any questions you may have about this LP. Paulprice rating
