They are just simply Pressed/Stamped in the E.U.

Many record buyers/collectors prefer the higher vinyl
quality of the E.U. and/or German vinyl pressings.

(Much better than the later Hollywood Pressings IMO)

Although they both still has their free download codes and I personally
have never used it, I'm not sure if these have an expiration date or not.
Therefore I cannot honestly say for sure the download codes are still valid or not.

I played them once to convert to mp3 on my PC and
only once again just for listening enjoyment. ???
                 
I would honestly grade the vinyls audibly overall a nice VG+
with only typical vinyl light surface noise here and there.
In fact "some" sellers would probably list/grade the vinyls as NM
HOWEVER
I really don't like grading any vinyl above VG+ as most anyone
who is a vinyl collector/listener knows that sometimes even a
"brand new" vinyl record can have some surface noise and/or other
imperfections simply due to the nature of vinyl compound itself.

Under A Light The Vinyl Record Might
Have Some Light Light Scuffs/Marks

in very nice condition with only light shelf wear.
