QUEEN  -  ‘Headlong’       12”     UK      1991      EMI   12 QUEENPD 18

Collectable 3 track 12”.  Cross between a picture disc and clear vinyl in PVC sleeve with picture insert.

CONDITION:        I strive to provide an accurate and honest appraisal of condition.  It’s in my best interests to do so.  I WANT YOU TO COME BACK!    All records are checked in good light and play tested at a loud volume (unless described as sealed, brand new or stated otherwise).       STRICT   U.K. MAGAZINE  'RECORD COLLECTOR'  GRADING SYSTEM USED.  See below for the full definitions as provided by Record Collector magazine. 

Playing condition of vinyl is, at its worst, EX- with most of the record playing better than this.    Some audible interference is noticeable on the Aside for the first 10 or so rotations.   Doesn’t smother the music but is there all the same.   NO distortion,  NO jumps,   NO sticking. 

Visually the vinyl is graded as EX.    No obvious visible flaws

Card insert is in EX condition.  

PVC sleeve has some creasing mainly near the opening.  NO seam splits.  NO price stickers.

Record Collector Magazine Grading System  - VINYL

MINT The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint

EXCELLENT (EX) The record shows some signs of having been played but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and or creasing.

VERY GOOD (VG) The record has obviously been played many times but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratches. Normal wear and tear on the cover and extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable

GOOD (G) The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeable deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

FAIR (F) The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and or deface

POOR (P) The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing

BAD (B) The record is unplayable or might even be broken and is only of use as a collection filler
