Vinyl in Good Condition. Sleeve Has Some Edge & Corner Wear.
How Records are graded
As our items?are donated, they may appear with dust and the odd finger mark to the surface and therefore may require cleaning?
· EXCELLENT. Item has been played but surface appears to be clear with no signs of scratches or scuffs.? Item may have some light dust build-up.? The sleeve will have minimal corner/edge/shelf wear but no dents or damage.
· VERY GOOD. Vinyl surface may have a few light surface marks and some dust build-up. Cover may have some light signs of wear to edges & corners. No dirt or marks.
· GOOD. Vinyl has a number of light lines and scuffs but still looks very playable with no major issues may be in need of cleaning but ultimately a practical, playable record. Sleeve has issues such as corner/edge wear and some dents, possibly some light sticker residue. May show light dirt.
· FAIR.?The vinyl has obviously been played a number of times and may have lost its sheen. There will also be numerous surface marks. Sleeve will have discolouring, creasing and general wear.
· POOR. Surface has deep scratches, dirt and scuffs. Likely to play with skips or be unplayable altogether.? Sleeve is torn, worn or dirty. Generally, this is reserved for a collectable record.
We grade all items visually and do not have the facilities to sound test.?Please note that these are used recordings and as such may have some dust and/or scratches which may affect the sound quality of recordings.

What is a PAT and Has This Item Been PAT Tested?
Portable appliance testing (PAT) is the term used to describe the examination of electrical appliances and equipment to ensure they are safe to use.
All of our electrical items are PAT tested. If the item has failed its PAT test, the item will be listed as spares and repairs and failure reasons will be noted.
What Is a FACTORY RESET and Has One Been Done On This Item?
A factory reset, also known as master reset, is a software restore of an electronic device to its original system state by erasing all of the information stored on the device in an attempt to restore the device to its original manufacturer settings. If an item has had a factory reset in our store, this will be detailed in the listing condition.
To What Extent Has This Item Been Tested?
As all our items are donated to us, we do not always have the facilities or resources to fully test our items. Please see our definitions of the types of tests we do below, the extent of testing will be provided in our listing conditions:
1.Power Test Only - The item has been plugged in and the power button has been pressed and the light shines to show the item turns on. No further tests have been done. Due to the fact this item is only power tested we are unsure if any other parts of the item function as they should. Please be aware the item could be faulty, we ask that you please bid accordingly.
2.Briefly tested - The item has been plugged in and powers on, basic tests have been carried out on the items main functions to ensure the item operates on a basic level. Certain aspects may have not been tested due to resources available.
3.Untested - The item has not been turned on and tested.

What Is the Condition Of The Item?
All our items are donated to us and are therefore second hand in most cases. With this in mind, we always recommend having the item serviced prior to use as we do not have the facilities to do this in store.
Any faults are described in the listing condition and we also aim to take pictures of our items from various angles, so that our customers can inspect the cosmetic condition.?
What Does No OS / Operating System Mean?
The OS is the Operating System, also known as Windows or IOS. This means you will have to purchase a copy of the Windows/IOS software in order for your PC/Mac device to work.
Can You Provide Extra Images of The Item?
Once our items are listed on eBay they are placed in storage to keep them safe until auction end. This means that we are unable to take extra images if requested.
Please be aware: All Items pictured are included. If items are not pictured which you feel should be, please assume they are not included. As our items are donated we are unsure if any accessories are missing from when the item was new.
Do You Accept Buy It Now Prices?
We do not accept Buy It Now prices and it is BHF's eBay policy to let all auctions run their course.
Can I View Before Bidding?
Based on eBay's selling outside eBay policy, unfortunately we cannot allow customers to view items for sale prior to purchase.
Can I Pay Cash?
We only accept payment via the eBay managed payments system, information regarding managed payments can be found in eBay help & contact.
Do You Combine Invoices?
If you buy multiple items from us and your items are located at our central Leeds warehouse, we will combine your orders. Combining your orders will usually result in you receiving your items in fewer parcels and receiving a reduced postage cost at checkout. If you buy more than 1 item your postage will be calculated by discounting additional item postage costs by 80% for UK and 30% for overseas, the highest postage cost will always be your base cost. The maximum we will charge for a UK combined order is £10.
Please note that some items are now being sent directly from our shops across the UK, as well as our central eBay hub in Leeds. These items cannot be combined for postage with your other items as they are being sent from a separate location.
Any items eligible for combined postage will be combined automatically on the evening the auction ends and you'll see this information at checkout.
Please note that once items are combined, we are not able to separate items out from the order. If you do request this, the whole order will be cancelled. Please note that we can only combine items, which are won within 7 days of each other.
Customer Service
Please contact us with any questions you have relating to this item. Our dedicated customer service team operate from 9am-5pm Monday - Friday and we will respond to your query within 48 hours between these operating times.
Payment
All payments are managed through the eBay managed payments system, and you will be able to choose your preferred method of payment at the time of checkout. Payment must be made within 12 days.
Delivery
We will despatch items within 2 working days of receiving payment via the shipping method outlined on your invoice.
We cannot hold items once payment is made.
We cannot send your item to an alternate address once payment is made. Any requests will result in the cancellation of the transaction.
Returns and Refunds
We accept all returns within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for help or open a return via the eBay returns centre if you would like to return your item.
In the rare event that an item is damaged in transit the process couldn't be simpler. If possible, send us a photo of the item in the received condition and we will contact you to resolve the issue. Alternatively, please return the item using our freepost service and we will credit your eBay account within 2-3 working day of receiving the returned item.
Once an item is received at our office, a refund will be processed via eBay within 2 working days.
