RARER LABEL VARIATION WITH PROMO NON LAMINATED INNER GATEFOLD.

Released in 1974 on the EMI label, I am pleased to be offering today this original first UK promo pressing of this classic second QUEEN album which is simply titled "QUEEN II". The album is packed full of great tracks with side white consisting of mainly Brian May compositions including PROCESSION, FATHER TO SON as well as the classic WHITE QUEEN. The side ends with the Roger Taylor track LOSER IN THE END. Side black all compositions by Freddie Mercury including OGRE BATTLE, THE FAIRY FELLER'S MASTER STROKE and the single cut SEVEN SEAS OF RHYE. The vinyl is very good and shows some light scuffs but on play testing it plays well with absolutely no sticks or skips etc but there was some light crackle on occasion.

The album comes with its original first issue Garrod & Lofthouse front laminated only gatefold sleeve which is reasonably clean. Only the very early issues were not laminated on the inner gatefold. This is a respectable VG example.

The album comes complete with its lyric inner sleeve which is in reasonably clean condition but has been repaired on the edges with acid free tape.

I have just played this through for these listing purposes and I am pleased to say that it plays well with absolutely no sticks or skips etc.

The VINYL, The vinyl visually and audibly is in excellent condition. it plays well with absolutely no nasty sticks or skips etc overall a very enjoyable listen. 

The SLEEVE, The Garrod & Lofthouse front laminated only first issue gatefold sleeve is in very good reasonably clean condition needless to say absolutely no splits stickers or unwanted writing etc.  

The LABELS, The first issue labels which have the side white / black text in a vertical position have absolutely no stickers or unwanted writing etc.

The INNER, The original lyric inner sleeve is reasonably clean and is free from stickers or unwanted writing etc but has been repaired on the edges with acid free tape.

I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc. If you feel I have not described this correctly I am happy to refund you providing I receive the item back in the same condition as it leaves me, But I can only refund one lot of postage,
