Description
On offer here is the very rare Jazz Pathe Marconi picture disc made, obviously, in France. Getting rarer by the day I have not seen a better one than this. This particular disc has the black rim around the edge, others have a white rim. Under a strong light I cannot detect a single scratch not even wispy hairlines, it has been extremely well looked after and I suspect never played.
The die-cut sleeve is also in superb condition. In near perfect order there are no splits or tears, just the slightest of wear on the bottom left hand corner, but it is minimal. No wear on the edges or the opening edge and the reverse is near perfect also, no marks at all. A strong black spine 100% legible. There are a couple of very small creases on the front cover by the spine but hardly noticeable and it does not detract from the great condition of this die-cut sleeve.
As with these rare discs printed on the reverse is "Pathe Marconi EMI Reedition de 1979"
A rare picture disc in stunning condition, it will be very difficult to find one better.
The disc I would grade as Mint
The die-cut sleeve is Near Mint

ALL RECORDS ARE PROFESSIONALLY PACKED IN STRONG MAILERS WITH CARDBOARD STIFFENERS. THE RECORDS ARE ALSO REMOVED FROM THEIR SLEEVES TO AVOID CUTTING THROUGH THE COVER AND PUT INTO A SEPARATE SLEEVE, AND THEN PLACED INSIDE A PVC SLEEVE.
