Queen- 'Keep Yourself Alive' (and other various artists) Four Track EP Picture Sleeve (Cash Box)
One of the rarest Queen picture sleeves of all time!  This has sold on ebay in the past for as much as $770.   
Highly sought after and featured on various lists of the rarest Queen releases.  Saying this is rare is putting it mildly...
Vinyl is nice strong VG+, glossy with a few light surface marks. Picture Sleeve grades strong VG+ with previous owner's name written in pen on the back.  No seam splits or tears.  Bright colors and sharp corners.  Good luck finding a nicer copy!
