In 1995, four years after Freddie Mercury passed away, Queen released an album titled 'Made in Heaven'. It featured songs with vocals that Freddie had completed before his death, as well as a few tracks that the surviving band members finished themselves. (It's really hard to believe that it's been THIRTY years since Freddie's been gone. RIP, superstar. The world misses you, and your incredible talent!) It was the last Queen studio album released. (Queen + Paul Rodgers, and the 2008 album 'The Cosmos Rocks', doesn't qualify as a Queen album.)
'Made in Heaven' featured SIX singles released, but only two worldwide. Three more came out only in the UK, and one, only in Japan. The UK single "Let Me Live" was released as a picture disc 7" single, with digital remasters of two 'Jazz' tracks on the B side: "Fat Bottom Girls" and "Bicycle Race"! The pic disc pictures are awesome! Each side displays two of the original band members on that side. So, to do Queen any kind of justice, you'll need TWO copies of this, right? Alright, then!
In today's rock and roll sweet deal, you'll get not one, but TWO copies of this special, limited edition UK picture disc 7" single! So you can show your love for all FOUR of the original band members! Each one comes in its own PVC jacket, with backing card that folds out to a poster showing Freddie, John, Roger, and Brian! Both posters are in fantastic condition, with no rips, tears, or handwriting anywhere on them! The vinyl for each one looks great, and are still all shiny and clean. The vinyl records have a few very light surface marks on each one, on the smooth vinyl near the spindle holes. (Not the actual grooves themselves.)
A great Queen collectibles double shot, with TWO of the same pic discs, to have a complete shot of each of the four original band members. For fans of Queen, Freddie Mercury, and other 70s hard rock bands, as well as collectors of rare import 7" picture discs. Or make these your very own. You can never have too many Queen collectibles, right?!
