Media Condition:  Near mint and has never been played, just no longer has the plastic seal around the album cover.  

Sleeve Condition: Lyrical and in near mint condition.

Cover Condition: Very Good - There is some scuffing on the edges and corners from where it has been stored away in a box, with some extremely small creasing.

If collecting, then cash on collection would be preferred.
