Pain Is So Close To Pleasure 12" Extended Remix (A1/B1)

This 12" was released in Germany as a Maxi Single in 1986 and is quite easily the best I have heard, the quality is astonishing.

The audio on both sides is Mint


The cover is Near Mint


The S1 label is Mint and the S2 label is Ex+


Visual grading


The vinyl is in pristine condition and appears unplayed, there is no spindle wear.  It has a stunning glossy sheen and no hairlines or scratches and looks as new.  Visually it is absolutely stunning and the audio is also!  The S1 label is perfect and the S2 one just has a couple of tiny 'nicks' on it.


Play grading


'Pain...' on S1 has audio of Mint quality there is no other way to describe it.  For a vinyl of over 30 years to maintain this standard is an incredible rarity.  It plays so clearly, with such definition and no interference you would be mistaken for thinking this was a new vinyl.  Absolutely stunning!  S2 equals the standard of S1 and grades again as Mint, a grading I generally only use on sealed records but the audio here deserves that accolade.


Cover


This has also been maintained very well and has hardly any shelf wear.  The edges and spine are untouched and the front and back cover are extremely clean with no marking.  It is almost in perfect condition but if I had to mention anything there are a couple of barely visible creases around the edges.  Despite the age even the corners have hardly any rubbing.  This is a fantastic example of this rare and collectable 12" single.
