Queen Rocks : Double vinyl LP

This now rare double vinyl LP is in wonderful condition.  Pressed on heavyweight vinyl its quality has been retained and the vinyls have never been played prior to my play testing.  This double LP is becoming increasingly collectible as in 1997 it was only produced in limited numbers when vinyl wasn't as popular.

Visual grading

The vinyls are in stunning condition with no hairlines or scratches at all.  They have that fantastic glossy sheen of new vinyl (which they are really!) and have no spindle wear at all.

Play grading

'We Will Rock You' has a little light static at the beginning of Side One and thereafter the whole side plays with superb depth and separation.  This LP really benefits from being pressed on high quality heavyweight vinyl as the sound plays so cleanly and loud through the speakers.  The audio quality is of Mint standard as you would expect from unplayed vinyl.  For nearly 20 years of age the quality is stunning.  All sides play with equal quality and there is complete silence between every track.  If you are after this rare LP with Mint audio then this is the one to own!  Truly exceptional audio that cannot be beaten.  You generally hear a little static even on new vinyl but apart from the intro to Side One there is none to be heard.

Gatefold cover

The glossy stickered gatefold cover is Near Mint almost Mint if I'm honest.  The edges and wide spine are in superb shape with no wear at all.  The corners are also in great condition and have no pinching or creasing whatsoever, a rarity in itself.  There is a very small area of wear at the top of the spine on the inside of the gatefold but I am sure that was caused during the manufacture of it.  Most sellers would not even mention it!  This gatefold has been extremely well cared for during its time and obviously hardly handled.  One of the best I have ever seen.

Picture sleeves

The picture sleeves are perfect and in absolute Mint condition.

Labels

  The labels are also in perfect condition.
