It is The Queen - Sheer Heart Attack - stereo vinyl LP -Elektra Records (7E-1026-A SP) and comes with the original poster.

The album is in Near Mint- Condition with a couple of light scratches that caused no skipping but mostly can just use a gentle cleaning.  The cover is in Excellent Condition.

I will combine shipping for the minimum cost per the post office
