Description
The classic 1985 box set of 14 albums. I have come across a few of these over the years, and I have to say that I haven't yet seen one in such good condition as this.
Starting with the box, this is virtually pristine. There are one or two very, very slight marks, but you'd be hard pressed to notice them.
The album sleeves are in white card with the Queen logo embossed. These are in perfect MINT condition.
Likewise the paper inner sleeves - perfect MINT condition.
The discs are in perfect MINT condition, and have obviously never been played. I doubt they have even been taken out of the sleeves before, only by me to check their condition.
The booklet I would describe as Excellent + , with a couple of slight creases on the front cover, which you can only really see if you hold it up to the light. The inside front cover has some rub marks, and one other inside page has a couple of marks on it. It has obviously been looked through a few times, but overall it's pretty impressive. For those unfamiliar, the booklet contains reproductions of all the album covers, together with the track listings and discography etc.
The 28 page Tour Itinerary booklet is in pristine MINT condition. This lists the dates and venues for the 1971 - 1985 "world tour", plus extensive equipment lists, stage layouts etc. with some fascinating architects drawings.
The Queen Map of The World poster is in Excellent ++ condition, almost mint but obviously it has been opened a couple of times so just misses out.
