Description
This is an unsealed but unused copy, carefully stored away from sunlight and damp in a smoke-free and pet-free household. The record and its packaging are in as-new condition.
General
I am an independent UK based book, music and DVD seller based in Colchester. I always try to describe all my items as accurately as I can. This is because I am also a buyer and like to buy things in the condition they are described. All photo’s and scans are of the item you are bidding on and are not enhanced in any way. I always start my auctions at what I think is a reasonable price for the item I am selling. If you have any queries or questions regarding any item please either email me at benjbristow@yahoo.co.uk or send the question through ebay. I try to reply to all emails within twenty four hours.
All items have been stored securely in a non-smoking, pet free household, away from damp, heat and light.
Postage
I always try to combine numerous items if you win more than one of my auctions. I try to post items the day after payment is received/cleared. I try to quote a reasonable price for postage and packing. If you require your items specially delivered, please contact me and I will try to get them to you as soon as possible.
Payment
I do not charge to accept PayPal. I also accept cheques and postal orders. Payments from outside the United Kingdom must be made via PayPal in UK pounds sterling. If you see one of my items you want but do not have the funds available at the time I am quite happy to wait up to four weeks for payment as long as you notify me that this is what you are doing. I do not believe in threatening people with negative feedback if they do not pay within one week (In fact I never buy from sellers who threaten this.)
Feedback
Please contact me via email if you have any issues you wish to resolve. Please do not leave neutral or negative feedback before trying to contact me. I will try to resolve any issues you may have. I always give feedback for every item I sell.
