Not sealed, not mint. It was played a few times, years ago, when I first bought it. I just played it right now and it plays perfectly, no skips. The cardboard cover has some wear at the top, where the album has torn through the cardboard. There is also an area along the spine, less than an inch long, not sure what happened to it, but the cardboard has been torn, but not all the way through. Inside, the album has torn through the paper sleeve in 2 spots along the edges, but otherwise in good shape. The paper insert is in good shape, no damage to that. And the album itself has some damage, but it is surface damage. There are 3 long scratches on Side A, but again, they are surface scratches, not gouges, and the album plays fine despite this. There are a couple of other small surface scratches as well. I have done my best to show all the damage in the pictures. If you are looking for a mint condition collectors item, this is not for you. If you are looking for something out of print and rare, used and enjoyed, but in perfectly acceptable condition, this is for you. :-)
