On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Quill called "Quill" and is a VERY rare 1970 Australian 1st pressing on the 1st Press Atlantic label!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE IN EVERY RESPECT AND IS INCREDIBLY HARD TO FIND!!!! THIS LP WAS NEVER RELEASED IN THE UK AND WAS ONLY EVER PRESSED IN TINY AMOUNTS FOR THE AUSTRALIAN MARKET!!!! AS A RESULT IT IS INCREDIBLY SOUGHT AFTER AND IS AN EXTREMELY RARE PROG LP!!!! NOT ONLY THAT BUT IT IS IN STUNNING CONDITION!!!! THIS IS THE 1970 AUSTRALIAN 1ST PRESSING (THIS LP WAS NEVER RELEASED IN THE UK) ON THE 1ST PRESS ATLANTIC LABEL, PLAIN WHITE INNER, AND 1ST PRESS LAMINATED COVER!!!! THIS LP IS INCREDIBLY HARD TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! The Cat. No is SAL 933782 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Atlantic labels (see picture) and is a Stereo 1st pressing!!!!
The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and barely ANY spindle marks AT ALL!!!! There is also a small circular area of 'textured' label on one side (NOT a sticker removal mark) - though this is clearly part from the label from manufacture. IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!! The vinyl is in STUNNING condition!!!! Most of these 60s/70s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is also great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING as the visual!!!! It plays with NO pops, NO jumps, NO sticks, NO hiss and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!! There is NO groovewear either and NO distortion and this LP plays with CRYSTAL CLEAR sound quality!!!! The record must grade Excellent+ if not better!!!! STUNNING RECORD!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in a plain white inner sleeve which could well be original. The Laminated 1st Press Cover is in AWESOME condition!!!! The cover has NO edgewear, NO spinal wear, NO corner wear, barely ANY creases AT ALL (cover is VERY flat looking), AWESOME shiny laminate, and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back of the cover is in AWESOME condition with NO yellowing, NO rubbing, NO writing, and NO grubbyness!!!! The cover must grade Excellent++++ if not better!!!! AWESOME COVER!!!! THIS LP IS INCREDIBLY RARE, AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MASSIVELY RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
