This 200 gram vinyl LP is pretty clean looking. I cleaned it with a VPI record cleaning machine. The first track on sides A/B is a little noisy in the lead-in groove but other than that I think it sounds very good. There is a visible scratch on track 2, side 2 but I listened to it and I did not notice ANY noise associated with the scratch.
Contains the original inner sleeve as well as inner sleeve insert. No visible damage to the LP jacket.
Released in 1976 domestically on Electra Records, A Day At The Races is Queen's fifth recording. Produced by Queen, A Day At The Races was recorded in England between July and November of 1976. Known for their glam/art/rock, campy humor and majestic sound, Queen was a concert arena favorite throughout the 1970s. Two hit singles sprang from this recording: 'Tie Your Mother Down' and 'Somebody To Love'. A Day At The Races was the follow-up hit to A Night At The Opera.
