Sale Terms Please take a look at my other items in the Abigail Bunny Vintage shop. Second and subsequent items purchased and paid for at the same time should see a £2 reduction calculated automatically when you check out. If this doesn't happen, please contact me so that I can send you an invoice for the correct amount payable.
If you have purchased multiple items on the same day but paid for them separately, which sometimes happens with Buy it Now purchases, please get in touch as I will be happy to refund the excess postage paid, as long as the items can be sent together.
All items are listed with either a 'Buy It Now' price or 'Best Offer' option available and I do my best to respond promptly to any offers made. Any orders not paid for within 4 days of the auction ending will be cancelled and the item relisted, unless agreed in advance.
Returns Items can be returned for any reason within 14 days at the buyer's expense. I always try to be as honest as I can when describing items for sale, but differences of opinion do occur from time to time. All items are packed well but couriers often don't treat parcels with care. If your item arrives damaged or not as expected, please get in touch so we can agree the best way forward.
You must be prepared to return the item in the condition you received it, in order to receive a refund. Please don't expect a refund without return, unless the item has been severely damaged in transit. Such damage claims should be supported by photographs.
Shipping I use Royal Mail for smaller items and couriers such as Evri and DPD for everything else. If you have a preferred carrier, please get in touch before making payment as this may increase the postage charge.
Click & Collect is available on listings where the start price is £5 or more, in line with eBay's terms for this service. Please get in touch if you are interested in using this service on an item that has been listed at a lower price.
Packaging Most packaging material is sourced from local businesses and reused, to minimise environmental impact. Wherever possible, packaging is limited to recycled and recyclable material such as cardboard and newspaper, although bubble wrap and other plastic materials may be used where appropriate to ensure safe delivery.
