Condition; 

The Record looks to be in around Very Good Plus to Excellent Minus Condition  It has some very, very light little 'paper scratches. Glossy. The paper labels are crisp and clean. 

The picture sleeve looks to be in around Very Good Condition. Has some marks. Inner sleeve has a wear through on the bottom (see pictures).
