Description
Queen A Night at the Opera Venezuela unique sleeve.
On the Harvest label. This release was the only country to use the normal inner sleeve image as the front cover making for a sought after collectible. I imported this directly from the country around 15 years ago.
The gatefold cover has split completely in the side that holds the record all along the bottom (see photo) . I have left as is but might be repairable in the right hands. Some handwriting at the top lhs, but this is not intrusive. Otherwise this is in above average condition compared to what you normally see for these releases. Overall grade therefore G.
The vinyl is at least VG, some small scratches and dirt but would clean up nicely.
The inner sleeve is just a poly liner (see photo)
Importing a copy from Venezuela directly would probably cost more than the starting price!
I have sold most of my Queen collection over the last four years on and off and this run of listings over the coming weeks will be the final one. Please look out for some unusual and rarely available records, many of which I have owned for over thirty years.
