I have been a music lover and vinyl enthusiast since the early 1970s and over the past years have become an established and trusted eBay seller of a large and very wide range of vinyl records. The vast majority are authentic and original albums featuring quality music from the 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's pressings, but occasionally modern pressings if they are of particular interest.

All the records which I sell have been very well cared for, though I will give an honest appraisal of their condition and will put up plenty of photos of the actual records for sale so you can see exactly what you are bidding on. I endeavour to highlight anything in the description which I would want to be made aware of before I decided to place a bid. I am very aware that, as a distance buyer, you are entrusting in the honesty of the item descriptions and I always aim to describe the items truthfully. Every single record, whether a £5 or £500 album, goes through the same extensive 4-stage deep cleaning process using both professionally constructed ultrasonic and wet vacuum systems using record cleaning fluids of only the highest quality and purity, with techniques and formulae tailored and developed from the experience of cleaning 1000s upon 1000s of albums, so the vinyl is all immaculately clean, glossy and dust free. Every record is then visually inspected under the bright and highly revealing light of an inspection lamp and the results of this are noted in the descriptions.  
A note regarding the most important matter of all - the audio - as with all vinyl, even straight out of the cellophane, there can be light crackle or very light 'pops' during the quiet passages. I have listened carefully to all these records so I will include in the descriptions any aspects of the audio playback which needs to be highlighted and although obviously subjective, ultimately if I wouldn't be absolutely 100% happy to immediately slide the record in alongside my own personal treasured collection, then quite simply it will not be listed for sale on here.
All records will be supplied to you in a high quality clear outer wallet to protect the sleeve and the vinyl in a top quality poly-lined inner.

Queen - 'A Night at the Opera' - original 1975 vinyl album in excellent condition. The matrix reads YAX 5063-2 / YAX 5063-3 with 'BLAIR'S' etched to the run outs.
The vinyl is in excellent condition and retains all of its original glossy sheen with only the very lightest of superficial hairlines visible in bright light and I have played this album through and playback is excellent. Side 1 has a couple of very faint superficial hairline scratches, but these are extremely light and the needle just sails through with absolutely zero effect on the sound. I am listening to the album as I type this and the audio is quite superb, delightfully crisp and clear and delivering all of that power and detail characteristic of the music produced from the source of high quality well cared for, well produced vinyl. This really is a fine sounding record. 
The embossed gatefold sleeve is in excellent condition,just showing the inevitable light yellowing and foxing discolouration, but as can hopefully be seen on the photographs this is still a really nice sleeve with a nice sharp and square and fully readable spine and which presents really well in its brand new high quality clear protective outer jacket. The original 'Record Merchandisers Ltd. - EMTC 103 - £3.50' price card is still present to the front and from hard learned experience is probably best left well alone after being in place for 43 years.
The heavy card die cut inner sleeve carries full colour photographs of the band and is in lovely uncreased condition though the vinyl is now housed in a brand new high quality poly-lined inner sleeve for safekeeping. Use of these very softly lined inner sleeves is both much gentler on the vinyl and conserves the original.

This record in a nutshell :  a really excellently preserved copy of this rock masterpiece album. The packaging is still in really nice shape and the freshly machine deep cleaned vinyl delivers a lovely pin sharp sound.
