QUEEN BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY
This is my Purple Vinyl 7" single of Bohemian Rhapsody number 874.
For those who do not know, this is the single which was specially re-pressed and issued to fans at the 1995 Tenth Annual Queen Fan Club Convention in Southport. It was limited to 2000 pressings on purple vinyl. About 1700 were numbered on the label and sleeve (in blue felt tip pen). This is number 874. There were about 300 that were not numbered.
As a collector myself (I am not a dealer), I know that condition is important. What follows is my honest and conservative description of the item. I do not like the official gradings these days as they are somewhat open to abuse by a minority.
I have owned this copy for many years now and have played it only once to check it plays perfectly. It does. The vinyl is in nr mint condition. The A side, under very strong light has a slight rubbing in one small area, but this is incredibly faint. It certainly cannot be photographed. The labels are unmarked with no lifting or spindle rub. They are bright and fresh.
The sleeve is crisp and unflawed. I have tried to photograph the corners and edges as best I can to demonstrate its condition. It would be described as near mint. There is a very faint ringwear to the top left side of the front of the sleeve. Sometimes I see it; sometimes not, because it is so faint. The felt tip pen number on the gloss sleeve is smudged a little, but I think that adds to the authenticity frankly (I wish I had been there!)

Please be aware there are apparently fakes of this item now. I suggest you look on the specialist record websites to get more information about these. This is certainly not a fake and passes all the tests.
