The album is from my personal collection, and is in good condition having been only lightly played since purchase.   The outer sleeve has light handling and storage wear and the inner sleeve is in very good condition.
I can't give an 'expert' opinion on the condition of the vinyl, but as stated it has only been lightly played.  It has been visually inspected and there are slight handling marks, but I can't see any obvious scratches.  I played it before listing and to my non-expert ear and on my average turntable it sounds good, with only a little crackle.
