Queen - Killer Queen / Flick Of The Wrist - 7" single (EMI 5E006-96060) Finland 1974

Queen - Killer Queen / Flick Of The Wrist - Finnish 45 single. A rare disc but unfortunately in poor condition.

A bit of background: the disc has been in a jukebox, there are typical heavy marks on the vinyl from jukebox use. Jukeboxes in Finland used to be a state owned monopoly, all of the jukeboxes around the country were run by the same company. So what they would do is buy a stack of records, distribute them in jukeboxes and when the disc were taken out of rotation they were put in either generic clear plastic sleeves or inside any sleeves that they had lying around. There used to be boxes of used ex-jukebox singles for sale that were either in generic sleeves or in wrong picture sleeves, these used singles were never in their correct sleeves.

So that is why this single is in the state that it is in. It has clearly spend a long time in a jukebox and has been heavily played, when it was taken out it was put in a clear sleeve, I have no idea which sleeve it originally came with, if it was made just for jukebox play it may not have had a sleeve at all.

CONDITION (Record Collector grading, see the end of the listing):
Vinyl: POOR, playgraded - the disc does not jump nor are there any deep scratches but there's heavy wear from jukebox machinery resulting in a lot of distortion in the left channel. Please listen to the samples.

GRADING:
I use Record Collector magazine grading system.
I do not grade the cd / dvd / vhs / minidisc etc jewelboxes / cases unless these are special custom ones or have stickers on them. These kind of cases are generic and can be changed, if you would like to have these graded for any item offered please ask in advance of bidding.

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.

EX: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing

VG: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable

G: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
