My dad was a private collector, he collected thousands and thousands of records from 1950's to early 2000's, many are rarities, obscurities and some are unique, I am not a dealer, just selling the collection now he is unable to do so himself.

Side 1 has No marks or scratches at all. Side 2 just has a couple of light marks under strong artificial light it has a great shine. A Great Example of this very rare record
Side 1 Label has a patch of black marker pen, Side 2 is clean and undamaged...See Photos.
Original Stickered DC 3 Gatefold Sleeve Is In Really Nice Used Condition. Front and Back of sleeve are flat and clean with a handful tiny creases around edges, front has a small rip near top, a few faint indentation marks when held in the light mainly on back. Some wear to edges. Opening edge has some wear. Corners have wear. Spine is Fully readable with a little wear. Inside is again flat and clean. A Really Nice Used Example of this rare sleeve.
